Confidential aspects of services rendered will not be discussed by Jason with others, except in the following circumstances: where you give consent for confidence to be broken; where Jason is compelled by court of law; or where information provided by you, or confirmed verbally by you, ‘is of such gravity that confidentiality cannot be maintained’ i.e. in cases of fraud, crime, terrorism and where there is a case of actual or potential serious physical harm to self or others.

To cancel an appointment you have booked, please go to the appointment confirmation email originally sent to you and click on the appropriate link. Appointment cancellations will kickstart the processing of a refund to you via your initial payment method. Each cancellation will incur a processing charge payable by you. This processing charge will be no more than AU$25 for each amount under AU$200, and up to AU$40 for each amount thereafter. This processing charge will be deducted from your refund owed and is applicable per appointment cancellation. Refunds for appointments may take up to 25 business days to clear.

Appointments may be rescheduled free-of-charge up to two hours before your appointment time. All appointment reschedules must be made via the portal. Please click on the link provided in your appointment confirmation email to reschedule.

SHOP ITEMS

Return and Refund Policy on Shop Items: There is a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and be unworn or unused. Ebooks are unavailable for refunds.

How to Initiate an Exchange/Return on Shop items: To start a return/exchange you can contact us at support@jasonegbars.com. If your return/exchange request is accepted, we’ll email you with instructions on where to send your package.

Sending your Package Back: Where making a return/exchange, you are responsible for the costs of sending your package back to us. Postage fees are unable to be refunded by us.

Receiving your Exchange: If it costs more that AU$15 to send your new package to you, we reserve the right to request the payment of a processing fee equivalent to the cost of posting the new package. If this is not paid in 15 days of our subsequent payment request made to you, your order will be classed as a return and the original purchase refunded to your account of original purchase, in accordance with our return conditions.

Sizing Guide: Our muscle tanks are styled using the AS Colour Classic Tank. If you are unsure or need help with sizing please contact support@jasonegbars.com.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong size so that we can make it right.

Refund Process: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@jasonegbars.com.

Shipping Policy: Please allow 3-5 business days for the processing of your order before shipping.
